Hi, I’m Sinéad and I love food!!

Not just the simply pleasure of eating good food but in all its contexts from growing fruit and vegetables at home, to tending to the hens and cattle on my family’s farm and now to sharing my creations through this blog.

I am from the heart of Ireland in rural County Tipperary and come from a long line of farmers and home cooks. Cooking to me isn’t a chore or a mundane task, it’s a passion! Apart from playing sport and working as a Physiotherapist, the kitchen is the next place you will find me.

Thanks to my amazing mother! Cooking, growing your own food and buying ingredients rather than products was simply embedded in me from a very young age. I love to recreate and experiment with dishes, ingredients, ideas and flavours from travelling all over the world and a lot closer to home.

I love hearing what you think of my recipes and posts, sharing my creations with others through my private catering, seeing you cook from my cookbook at home and collaborating with food producers, brands and fellow bloggers so please get in touch!
